Delete your account

Your account belongs to the business panel you signed up on (an address like yourcompany.openkitai.com). You can delete it yourself at any time:

1. In the app or panel: log in, open Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is closed straight away.
2. Without logging in: enter your company's web address below. You will be taken to its deletion page, where you confirm the request from your email address.

What is deleted

Your profile, login, contacts, chats, AI replies and files are erased or anonymised within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example payment and tax records) are kept only for the period the law requires and then deleted. Details: Privacy Policy.
